After a warm up this class features a challenging total body strength training workout using hand weights.
Boot Camp
This class is a simple but intense workout including intervals of squats, lunges, pushups etc - great training for both strength & endurance.
Cardio Mix
This class is a combination of step and or hi/lo moves guaranteed to raise your heart rate.
Cardio Salsa
A fun cardio class based on Latin dance.
Cardio Tone
This class features a low impact workout followed by a muscles conditioning segment using hand weights.
Complete Mix
This class is a combination of step & hi/lo cardio exercises as well as muscle conditioning - the best of everything!
Spinning Class
This is a group cycling class, certain to burn maximum calories. Be preepared to sweat!
Step & Sculpt
Approximately 30 minutes of step aerobics followed by strength training exercises.

This class combines the benefits of both a cardiovascular & strength training workout suitable for all levels.
